Don Stephen Aron, a native Houstonian, received a Bachelor's Degree in Business in 1968 and served six years in the United States Air Force Reserves.
His business career with The Aron Companies evolved in the real estate industry. From 1985, his emphasis has been business investments. he has been an investor/integral part of over seventy companies with IPO's, including mezzanine capital, bridge financing and venture transactions.
Don serves on the Board of Metro Vision of North America, Inc., New York, NY, The Argentum Fund, New York, NY, and Gexa Energy Corp., Houston, TX.
Philanthropic and civic causes are very important to him as evidenced by his service for the Anti Defamation League, The Jewish Federation, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Kinkaid School, Congregation Beth Israel, The Holocaust Museum, The Galveston Historical Foundation, and a foreman of the Harris County Grand Jury.
He has been presented with the Susholtz Award by the National Young Leadership cabinet of UJA, the Gotto Award and the Legends and Legacies Award in 2001 by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Louis K. Brandt holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Mississippi and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.
In 1970 he founded The Brandt Company and served as its President until 1984. He is currently Managing General Partner of Brandt Interests, Ltd., President of Montana Capital, Ltd., and President of B.M.A., Ltd.
Louis is Founder/President of The Brandt Foundation and is currently on the Boards of University of Mississippi Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, and Classic American Retirement Homes. He was Founding Director of Child Advocates, Inc. in 1984 and has served on the Boards of the Tourette Syndrome Association and River Oaks Breakfast Club.
He is currently a member of the World Presidents Organization and is a Life Member of the Ole Miss "M" Club. He has served as President of the American Bralers Association, President of the University of Mississippi Foundation and Chairman of St. Martin's Episcopal Church Endowment Committee. Past memberships include Professional Engineer, Young Presidents Organization, The Woods Order - School of Engineering - University of Mississippi, and St. Martin's Episcopal Church Vestry.
John T. Cater worked in Texas banking for 40 years, concluding his banking career as Chairman of Compass Bank-Houston. Previous to that he served as Chairman of River Oaks Trust Company, President of MCorp, a $20 billion statewide bank holding company, and President of Texas Commerce Bank. Currently he is primarily engaged in managing his personal investments.
He has served on the Board of CenterPoint Energy ad its predecessor, Reliant Energy, since 1983; is currently on the Advisory Boards of Compass Bank-Houston and American Industrial Partners, a private equity firm.
John is involved in multiple public school reform efforts in Houston, serves actively with several Texas Medical Center institutions, is on several foundation boards, and has headed numerous civic and non-profit organizations.
Paul L. Comstock is Chairman of Paul Comstock Partners which is a fee-only financial advisory firm providing high net worth individuals and families with assistance in wealth management and transfer strategies. In addition, the firm serves the investment counsel needs of both public and private eleemosynary organizations. The firm currently oversees the management of over $1.5 Billion in financial assets.
He holds a BS in Business from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY and a M.S. in Financial Services from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.
Paul is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and the National Committee on Planned Giving where he is currently a member of the Ethics Committee and previously served as President and a member of the Board of Directors.
He was Chairman of the Board of Creekwood Capital Corporation, is a Board member and past President of Planned Giving Council of Houston, is Treasurer and a member of the Board of Governors of the Center on Philanthropy of Indiana University, is Chairman of the Advisory Board and past President of the Houston Chapter of BYU Management Society, and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Houston Estate and Financial Forum.

Adam J. Newar is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University with a BA degree in Economics and Political Science. He earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School in 1987.
Adam is the President and Managing Director of Eden Capital Management, an opportunistic long/short equity investment company he founded in April 1996. He has over 20 years of venture capital and investment experience which includes private equity financing, corporate finance advisory assignments, mergers, acquisitions and equity and debt portfolio management.
He began his career in New York with Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. in 1983 as a corporate finance analyst and later became an analyst in Dillon Read's venture capital group where he worked on numerous equity financings for technology, health care, and energy companies. He also worked for Orien Ventures, a Connecticut-based venture capital fund.
Adam personally invested in Security Bank, N.A., a Houston Texas community bank and later became the Chairman of the Asset/Liability Committee and Chief Investment Officer. Security Bank was subsequently bought by Compass Bancshares. Prior to establishing Eden Capital Management, he served as Chief Financial Officer of HNG Storage Company.
He served on the Board of Directors of Fiesta Mart, Inc. where he was Audit Committee Chairman and was Chairman of the 1994 Harvard Business School International Alumni Conference.
